Yes. This is officially headcannon. (Though... I think I would have pictured an encounter with Ten, instead of Twelve. It would be interesting to see how that interaction would unfold. I'm a bit behind on the current series, so I can't quite picture Twelve's reaction.)

That would be interesting. I don't know how Ten would react to Arty. He'd either reject him outright because he didn't trust him, or bring him into the TARDIS immediately. Or take Holly and leave Artemis behind.
