What's awkward about this part of the manga is how (if I recall correctly) he got his ass handed to him but just that little bit of blood is coming down his mouth.
Realistically it'd be a lot more than just easily sliding down his cheek XD

This is EPIC but FAREWELL MY ASS -.- ASSPULL TO THE RESCUE, COURTESY OF TITE FUCKING KUBO! HE'S IN A BLOODY COMA!!! Bet when the ratings go down, Byakuya will appear on the scene, and all the weak willed fangirls (i.e. all of them) will be like "HOW COULD WE HAVE LOST FAITH IN KUBO!?" and BAM, ratings skyrocket
