Paint Tool SAI! I use the "smoothing" option that's above the canvas area and put it to S-5 and it makes the lines "drag" so I can make them smoother. For fur and smaller details, I use 3 or 15.

Ahhhh that make sense. I use Photoshop CS5, so I'll try and figure out smoothing for my art work. Thanks so much.

You can get a free trial of SAI or ask other artists for an older copy.
