just drag and drop them into an open Photoshop document, don't know if they work with Photoshop Elements.. never tried ..

you have to unzip the file first ... just look for a program to open rar / zip files.. they are free ( demos )

im using photosohp cs3 portable, so i think that might be the reason why i can't download this set of brush...oh well, i guess i'll just have to find the abr files :\

after you unzip the file you downloaded you get the abr file in a folder.. just drop it in PS
