I really enjoyed doing this drawing, because of the details on her clothes, the colours, her pose, and the most important: SHE IS NOT NAKED, hehehe

A tad but too sexualized for my tastes (she could close her jacket :/) but nonetheless very good work!

Really well done rendition of the Autobot female Arcee. If Arcee had been converted into an Autobot Pretender, instead of an Autobot Headmaster in the fourth and final season of the 80's Gen 01 show of Transformers, she might look a lot like the image above you creatively crafted.
I like it, and I hope you'll do some more human/transformer renditions. Possibly even Chromia if you have the time.

is this baced on g1 arcee, live action arcee, war for cyberitrion arcee, or prime arcee? (obveusly its not beast g2 comic vertion basced her rack would brake her back then lol)

Well, I don't know much about the character. Customer gave me many references about her, and I only take this one [link] for the robotic lines on her clothes and colors.
