I knew you'd love this one! The human chief dude should have given Sid the pendant instead of Manny. Saving Roshan (the baby) was Sid's idea. If not for him, Manny would have just left the tike there to die by the river.

Sid is like a cross between Jar Jar and Samwise Gamgee. He's got Jar Jar's chaos-magnetism and Sam's sense of moral duty. On the Dungeons & Dragons alignment chart, Jar Jar and Sid would both be Chaotic Go0d.

His regular color is tan with an off-white belly and a brown stripe down his back. At the end of the movie, as Diego, Manny, and Sid migrate on, Sid says something like, "...when the fungus in my fur dries out, I turn brown." or something like that.
