Tails gleefully stuffs himself silly.
Little does he know that this whole contest is just a ruse to fatten him up. He's about to feast on an eclaire but is completely unaware of all the lucious desserts that have been placed behind him. The other contestants aren't even eating since all the fo0d is for him. He's completely oblivious to what the whole town plans to do to him. 
EVERYONE's in on it. The bakery, the snack factory, the ice cream factory...everyone.
There's a hole in the seat cushion for his tails which is why you can't see them. It would be uncomfy to sit on his tails while getting fatter.
That is, unless the seat (or bed) was made to shape itself to him as he bloated up with blubber. 
By the way, that yellow icing is BUTTER flavored, not lemon or banana.

You should develop your backgrounds in your future works. You can do that by working on much larger paper.

For this background, I just drew one cake and one stack of dessert pizzas. I filled in the rest of the space using the cloning stamp and then painted them all different colors using an overlay brush.

Because they wanna make him huge, helpless, and FAT so they can keep him as a helpless pet blimp and squish him and cuddle him and make him eat all the time!
