I have a question about how you do these---Is all you do, is take a fabric as the background, cut out of felt what images and stuff you want, and then embroider the edges and words and such of the feltΒ onto the background fabric?

pretty much, haha! i just running stitch the felt onto the fabric then I use back stitch for the text.
