I went out today and bought a package of 100 sheets of 8.5X11 paper. The words I wrote last night kind of stayed with me..."tons of studies"so......I am going to fill them ALL with studies this week.
Each page takes about 20-40 minutes to do....thought it might be an interesting exercise and I still have a lot of little things I need to work on anyway....
should be a busy week.

Not even a joke.
For figures you can use muscle magazines, google, or go to an image hosting site and just search for stuff you want to learn.
That goes for anything.(and everything)
