Alright tighty, here's the second of VestibulumNocturnis 's design commissions for his characters for our RP group (which I highly recommend lovers of dragons and roleplays check out!)

I hope you like how he turned out! I had a ton of fun designing him, and the Egyptian style collar was a blast too! I know your commission was only for flat colors but I couldn't help but to shiny up the gems on his collar a bit. The big main gem on the front and all of the little dangly gems are Lapis Lazulis, which are typically associated with water so I thought that was fitting. I did my best with the lionfish markings, I hope you like them alright! If not I am more than happy to change them or any other aspects of his design! Thank you again for commissioning me, these guys were a blast!
