Β I've been meaning to update that old wanzer for a while now, and now here's it younger, prettier, more destructive sister! This time, the machine's design was heavily influenced by both Steel Battalion and Armored Core.

Although I have A LOT of experience with Armored Core, its Wanzer heritage still shines through strongly. I actually thought "Front Mission" before I clicked on this. 5/5. Very nicely done.

Bloody hell, this is great! Maybe the best mech design I've seen on DA all month. 
I can totally feel the blend of Wanzer + Junji Okubo (Steel Battalion) and AC. All my favorites in terms of mech aesthetics. My first thought was that it felt like a Zelt wanzer redone Okubo style.

This definitely has Steel Battalion and Armoured Core written all over it - and that's a good thing! This feels like an original design made for those games and the quality is so good, I feel one could mistake this for official concept art.
