At least someone made an effort to put some order into the chaos.. Here in NL they put everything underground, which makes the place look tidy and well-organized, except that there's so much stuff been pushed into the ground over the years that nobody knows what exactly is there any more. Which means that every time they need to fix something, first they tend to break something else
