So is there any meaning behind the abstract art?

For me abstract photography is some kind of sport:
I'm walking all around and looking at very very very usual things and sometimes I find harmony, composition and even charm in them.
When I show some of such things to other people here - many of them see the harmony and composition too. Sometimes - not.
And this is the "magic" - to find composition and harmony made "by chance" - many accidental things made this photo - as example. And find it in so very usual things.
The meaning is to see more then usual in things all around.

Well by object Im thinking of something that captures your attention like a concept that is unknown/mysterious to you or an issue

For me it's a bit flat maybe if you would add something else then just the wall it would be a bit more interesting

I think you are right: many of my pictures are totally flat. But in this case if I would bring something there it would be not just photo but whole installation. But I'm not so talented to do such things. What I used to do is find some composition or pattern or geometric form in accidental object all around.
Next one will be all about rust and decay. it will be more prominent but still flat enough.
