I agree that the positioning of the figure is just right, love the starkness from using black and white.  I would, perhaps, rotate the image by a couple of degrees, feel like its tilting downwards towards the left just a little.

Thank you for the comment! You are right, while the image actually quite straight - it feels like it tilting. And how it feels, perhaps, is more important than how it actually is.

nice capture and tones, only the position of the man is way too on the right and it's creating a disbalance on the photo.

Have to disagree with you on the "disbalance" issue .
I wanted the man very far to edge of the frame, and lots of " empty" space in the middle to create the airy feel. This positioning makes the man rather an observer, than a "hero" of the story.
Now, technically, I feel the man figure is perfectly balanced by the building on the left. The building is bigger, but the person has more weight in a viewer eye, more importance...
