the depth of the oceans of the beautiful planet Cynopsis hidden Neptunia the only sister that can match Aphrodite beauty...
Beautiful smart and wise Neptunia is a born leader infact she is the leader and the oldest of the myth Sisters... she have the power of water control... she can morp compress and manipulate water to create defences or offensive weapons but her main weapon remain the Maelstorm Beam Trident a powerful weapon able to rip with ease even the better armors... even if she uses a such powerful weapons she prefer to use her mind instead of brute force...

Neptunia have a great charm and seductive power but she is not friendly as Naika, Buraya and Aphrodite... she know how to speak and it's polite and kind but compared to the others she is a bit shy and reserved...

ah... he he... well i tried to draw an unique head and when i finished it i realized that "accidentally" was similar to splash woman...
and well due to the fact megaman is my childhood yes can be said that i'm not only a Fan of splash woman but of all the robot masters !
