"sold to the raven maven" = 'sold' or 'sold on' = means i really like it, and "maven" = a yiddish word means either 'an expert' or 'a freak' -so you know now it's a great maven raven was ravin' about.

showed your paper raven to a friend and she loved it; she is a practicing jew and did not know the yiddish 'maven' either; so yes, it's lol. i'm nuts about both crows & ravens: a good thing.
