Lomo is all in the rage these days, huh?[Edit]
I made this tutorial for Photoshop 7 users since I'm using one. My PS CS2 expired at the worst time, and I thought that without the Lens Blur effect, I'd have no chance to try out the Lomo look. Thank goodness for the lasso and the feather. ::whew!::

Yeah, you can do that. I haven't tried that effect myself, but I have read that in all the other tutorials using CS versions.
