Midterm season is right around the corner. T_TTragedy is tragic~~ :B But Mia is magically back to life forever because I said so. MMMMHMMMM
I initially had no plans to upload this because it's literally just a raw sketch, bold colors, and a texture overlay. I doodled the drawing during Material Science lecture in like, 10 minutes and colored it in about 30-ish with PS to relieve some stress from my studies..
In a nutshell, this took almost no effort harhar
I might scrap later but then again, I kind of like how it turned out.

I'm kinda confused. Is Phoenix Wright a game about lawyers or is there some sort of book or story?

It's a video-game, but a very story driven one. Also I beleive in Japan they have mangas based on it, so technically it's a book as well.

Hehe Studying can give you some tough psychological combo right into stomach, huh ?? But ya know I discovered that, when under big stress, everything tastes better, anime you watch, book you read, you kinda enjoy them more (when you try to avoid learning 
I love Godot's expression it's a pure embodiment of "It can't be happening", that eye is more or less like an icing on a cake. It's almost as if it was some kind of dream of hallucination, Godot is not believing in what is happening and he is just too shocked to do anything aside from standing there.
While... Mia is her name ?? Anyway, while Mia have a rather saddened expression, she really regrets that Godot had to suffer because of her and she truly wants to comfort him and make up for all the suffering. Well that in the future but right now she simply regrets.
And finally "OH HUG HER ALREADY!!"

I think you drew the emotion in their faces REALLY well. I like the bordering-on-sepia-tone coloring, too; really fits the mood.
