Description
Robochicken was one of those robots that was well remembered, but never really had any success. In Series 4, they barely survived their opening melee against Razer and Velocirippa, and was trashed by Pussycat in the second round. They came back with Robochicken-Evo for Series 5, and lost on a 2-1 judges decision against Crushtacean in the first round. In Series 6, they faced Spririt of Scorpion, X-Terminator, and Barbaric Response in the first round melee. After being flipped by X-Terminator's axe, and pitted by Sir Killalot, Robochicken was removed from the pit by Killalot and placed on the Drop Zone. It survived the falling washing machine, and started spinning as Cease was called, but the judges ruled that it had been immobilised for too long, and it didn't go through. It paired with Bulldog Breed for the Tag Team Terror in Extreme II, and did very little, mostly just staying in the corner whilst Bulldog Breed did the work. It's two main contributions were flipping Steel Avenger in round 2, and being flipped by Bulldog Breed in celebration of winning the tournament. For Series 7, the chicken head axe was built in to the flipper, and a vertical spinning disc added to where the head used to be. In it's best result, it reached the heat final, and took Tough as Nails to a judges decision, but lost due to damage done by Shunt. It also took part in the Annihilator, missing it's head to help it self right. It didn't get a chance to test this as it broke down almost immediately, then flipped by Ripper and counted out by Refbot in the first round.
