It's almost time for a new series of Robot Wars, so it's time for this to start up again. Like last time, these will be going up every Wednesday before the episode airs. The website hasn't updated yet, so I'm working blind on this one, but let's start:Battle 1
Behemoth - Team MakeRobotics - Lifter - This model has an axe as an optional extra, returning for the first time since Series 7
Donald Thump - Team Ballistix - Vertical Bar Spinner - This robot failed to qualify for the previous two series
Sabretooth - Team Legion - Drum Spinner - The team brought spares of every piece of the robot to filming (#PrayforGabe2 )
Battle 2:
Apocalypse - Team Asgard - Axes - Team Asgard previously won the unaired 2016 pilot with Turbulence
Apollo - Team MAD - Rear-hinged Flipper - Apollo has been completely rebuilt for this series
The Swarm - Team Big Brother - Four-way Clusterbot - Pinza (Green) was based on the design of Creepy Crawlies, entered by Ian Watts in BattleBots ABC Series 2

It's all that fake tan.
(Honestly, that was the closest colour available. The next lightest colour would make it the same as Behemoth and Sabretooth, which it isn't in the show)

XD Yeah know it was the tan but in the show it looked more pale. I've also made a lego donald thump and I thought colors looked more accurate (not saying that dosn't look accurate because thats better than what I can do)

Could you make S.M.I.D.S.Y for me. We have just gained ownership of him from Team ace who had High-5. There is a picture of the new version on his wiki page that says its the 2017 version

Had a quick go at it . I think the drum might be a bit big, and the wheels a bit too small. You'd also need decals to get the orange sections on it. What do you think of it?

I'm still gonna miss TR2, as much as its flipper isn't as great as Apollo's, but this really is a great line-up to start with. X)
My favourite modern champion, the bull-dozer from the classics, a cluster of 4 mini-bots and perhaps the next Diotior in the form of the presedent. You can't get any better!
