Finally, the next character update. XD For obvious reasons, I didn't draw her in a bikini... Instead, a stylish summer outfit. I don't draw her much so... yeah, that explains it if she looks awkward in any way (other than the fact that she is very exposed. XDDD). Oh yeah, I had to outline this picture almost entirely in Photoshop, which always KILLS me, just because I don't have the proper pen at the moment! T-T So you better love this! X) Jkkkk.Rouge will be in an actual swimsuit for the big group picture, though.
