This was a very quick work. Here's to the millions and billions of Sonic recolors, or "fanchars" as their creators would like to refer them to. May they continue to thrive in population, as I cannot do anything but watch (in pure disgust) anyway. XD "Shannon" here is the typical recolor, obviously that of Shadow The Hedgehog, who probably would have wished he did die in Sonic Adventure 2 if he saw this image. XD

This is a pure joke, and I'm not making fun of those who actually crafted individuality into their characters. And it's okay to comment on "Shannon's" ugliness, because that's somewhat the point here.
Pink Shadows-- I mean, FAN CHARACTERS, do not equal coolness!Sonic and Shannon got it ON! Look at the love in the blue 'hog's eyes!

oh dear lord. *eyes explode* heh, this is why i put effort into creating my characters. lesser used animals, unique powers, a look that shows actual thought, and not a copy, paste, recolor style. heck, my main character is a red furred male cat named Temo Swift that is able to turn into a ghost at will.

Well.... not all of them are recolours
My char has changed equipment for an example, the spikes are diff, and so on/etc.
BUT you may be right there are recolours, but the MAJORITY is in the equipment-and-spikes changed.

I love the sarcasm. Some of the fans out there seriously do need a wake up call. I'm sick of watching fans creating unoriginal and uncreative fan characters. The worst lots are those who are paired with any of the official characters or are made to be some sort of the official characters' long-lost relatives. I just lost count exactly how many brothers and sisters Sonic has already. Or how many "ultimate lifeforms" Dr. Gerald has created. Perhaps thousands!

lol, i used to own a couple recolors myself when i was younger (2 recolors to be exact). but now they're all gone XD (and they both were recolors of shadow)
one of them was a blue and white shadow named Blizzard, and the other was a black and green shadow named Turbo XD (though with turbo, i kept him and gave him a total make-over
