The ieview is a custom skin that I can't give out at the moment and the contact list is just the basic HUD skin out here on DA. I wish I could help you out more

Is there ny way you can write a little guide to tell us what programs to use in order to get Windows to look like this? I really like it, and I'd love to run Windows in my VM like this.

Hi, if you still want some help to customize your windows...you can use AveDesk (free) to have icons like the two at the top right corner (you can also have other types likes sticky notes, clocks, .... and of course icons), and you can use programs like objectdock to have mac-like docks. The paying version of the latest supports tabbed docks like the one to the right. Finally Miranda is an instant messenger progam that supports msn, aim, ........ and unlike objectdock and avedesk, it is a little harder to customize without help.

The theme is for vista... its called maxclear... but it got removed by the author
