Personality:
Cold. That’s definitely a word to describe it. Hyacinth has built a hard shell around herself, where her expectations of others are high, and she is constantly met with failure. She is stubborn but a hard worker, and does her best to overcome her emotions for her employment. Deep down she has many insecurities with her looks and can care deeply for friends. You just have to dig a little deeper to find it.

History:
Third child to the Delacroix line, Hyacinth was distinctly different from her siblings from a young age. She didn’t quite resemble her mother or father, which caused some teasing from her rebellious younger sister, Daisy. Hyacinth more closely resembled her grandfather, but even with that relation behind a staple comparison to her looks, she felt left out. Of course she would never broadcast this to her family, her parents were already having a zoo of children to take care of, she didn’t want to burden them with such a small issue, so she hid it. Hyacinth held her hurt feelings inside and built a tough shell to try and combat her sister’s teasing.
Eventually though, she was confident with herself in highschool, even planning for a future in modeling. This was when she became immersed in the style known as Lolita. She learned how to sew just to practice making her own dresses and accessories. It was something she enjoyed, and something that genuinely brought her happiness and a smile to her face. Hyacinth was determined to do modeling once she graduated, however in her junior year of highschool, their eldest sister, Magnolia, entered the modeling career.
This destroyed her confidence, because her entire family was talking about how successful her sister had become overnight, she was very popular in their city, and this left Hyacinth in a shadow she didn’t want to be in. She thought she was original, but only felt like a copycat. This is where her dreams changed completely.
She found herself enjoying the Lolita fashion still, keeping it in her wardrobe and wearing it everyday, but simply didn’t follow the goal of being a model. Hyacinth instead when she graduated highschool, began studying for a degree in hospitality. Upon graduation, she stayed in her home city for years, bouncing from job to job until two of her younger sisters moved to an island of the name Jarr.
Hyacinth was then sent on behalf of her parents to watch over them from afar, be the backup plan. Unhappy with this up and sudden force of move, she tried to argue her own case, but went anyway, unable to say no to her parents. When she arrived she searched for a job immediately after moving, and found one for a concierge for a hotel, which seemed like a perfect fit.
