Matthew Carlson is the psychologist for my little police station. He's called in when there's a wacko that needs to be examined for any mental disorders.

Matty isn't really as serious as he looks. He's a happy kid, but he gets angry sometimess..
Anyway, he's a ginger and he lives in an apartment with his gigantic dog, Hoover, who's a slobbery mess of hound dog.
Matt had a 5 month daughter and wife, but they got in a car crash and died. He takes out his emotions on the prisoners.

Matt's best friend, and co-worker is Sam Brooks. They often hang out at Matt's house, watching football and eating Cheetos. Sam has a girlfriend, so they can really only do guy-time at Matt's.
They have bromance, but they aren't gay.

Besides that, Matt doesn't really wear yellow shirts and happy ties. I just drew that because I'm tired and it was quick. He wears dress shirts and jackets, no tie.
