The title reminds me of a book series where dragons bonded to their masters. The boy's face is so sweet looking, he looks like he feels totally safe.

this piece is wonderful: the mood and atmosphere you have with the bluish colour scheme, coupled with the fact that it looks photorealistic especially the scales around the dragon's eye - no faulting them - fwoo....brilliant.
Concept reminds me of Anne McCaffrey's Dragonriders of Pern.
