You know Kenny from South Park? His design was inspired by that
The scarf is around his head, kinda like a mummy to shield his face from people. Maybe he has social anxiety
Everything he’s wearing is over-sized; hoodie and pants
He’s not even wearing shoes-

So this bitch-
Since when peacocks (Well, male one’s specifically. Your wind chimes peacock was a male but I decided to make it a female.) mate or try to find a female peacock (Which the female’s feather colors are brown while the male one’s are blue, green, and those colors you see on peacocks on the internet so the male peacock can attract a female with the vibrant colors.) they sort of “show off” their feathers,
So this peacock girl brags a lot, she’s very sassy and annoying. She’s also Chinese, that’s why I drew her with a Chinese dress. The dress has some details from the peacock wind chime, btw
Since peacocks flex their feathers, she flex’s her hair, lol
It’s super silky and smooth, and the gradient (The peacock colors) on her hair is ✨Beautiful✨
RiskyDash said that the bottom of the wind chime and said that it was tangled so it could’ve been a trait. Which was a wonderful idea, thank you for sharing it ^^
So she’s very disorganized
Which is ironic, because she strives for perfection, but the flower she has in her hair is an orchid, which stands for: Perfection, integrity, friendship, and love. Yes, those are all actually true about her. Even though she brags and is annoying she can be very kind and nice
But that would be a very small chance that it would happen. Maybe to super close friends or someone she likes
