I would say green also! A lot of designs nowadays are in blue schemes, and the green is just so fitting with the background decorations.

depends what kind of information You want to put inside ... I very like this green one is warm and is living it's own life.. put some pictures to the boxes it won't be raw

I tried to work some in but they looked a bit out of place. I'm sure if I found the right pic though it would look good.

THey're both really cool! ... latin, too if i'm not mistaken.
But the green goes better with the design tan the blue.

Latin it is, so far as I know. The real term is "Lorem Ipsum", which is the the standard dummy text for web designs.
Say I wanted to show a client how the site would look, but I didn't actually have content to fill into the spots. I would use Lorem Ipsum to illustrate how the content would appear.
It also has the benefit of not distracting the viewer from the flow of the work due to the nature of the content. (IE you wouldn't be more interested in what the stuff said rather than the layout).

Yeah the blue is actually a myriad of different hue layers, one being green, but mostly its a blend of turquoise and blue.
