Very cute squirtle. 

Absolutely love the depth in this image, along with squirtle's expression. Kinda looks like a mix between being surprised and in awe of the bubbles.

I love this style. Looks very painterly and happy feeling.

I also like how it's nearly lineless, like a painting. I've experimented with lineless digital painting before and I'm so bad at it! lol

Aww. XD It's adorable!

I love the cute expression you gave the Squirtle, and how its pose carries it through the whole pic. There's this relaxed feel to its pose, to its figure that feels really convincing, like a real baby is kinda just plopped down as it sits.

I also like how you gave a nice sense of depth and volume to the shapes that make up its figure. It doesn't feel flat, it feels lifelike, three-dimensional. That played a big role in communicating that lifelike feel to the pose and makes it clear its a baby.
