If that were to happen, I would not call him "Metal" or "Metal Sonic" anymore (maybe leave it as a nickname), I would put him an original name, as he would be very different from Sonic. Don't know, maybe "Accel" would fit? It's a speed based name too.

Anyway, the design is amazing. Love it
