Description
This is a black & white design for the CD-cover of my band's new EP which is coming out in October 2k6. Everything you see is made up with pictures of dead birds (or parts of them) (note : they were already dead when I found them). All is made in Photoshop CS, and I mostly used the Treshold-tool to get this strong contrast. I tried to bring evil, macabre images together in such a way that they start to look beautiful, or at least harmonic and peaceful (symmetry). The ornamental features (curls & stuff) were mad eby cutting various ancient gothic fonts such as Rothenburg and the likes.
