I used the vector rounded box tool to make a rectangle. Because the corners were rounded the top and bottom look rounded and the sides are straight. When I got one the way I wanted I just copied and pasted the shape over and over again until I had enough teeth.

It's just a pixel pattern I made. Theres a dot then up and over and two dots then up and over. Put that on repeat and you get this fancies.
