He is a gigantic Blue Whale who lives in the World’s Oceans. Capable of speech, Surf met ilbv accidentally when ilbv’s boat became an object of Surf’s desire. Things happened, and eventually a friendship was sprouted.
As you can see, Surf cares very much for ilbv and with the human all alone in the dangerous ocean, he must keep him safe. Since ilbv can’t breathe underwater, Surf must put him somewhere that oxygen can get to his little lungs, aww, isn’t he so sweet?
