Description
I started this on the train yesterday.Me and a friend had our weekly drawing night so I finished it and also started on another piece that need to be inked and maybe colored..
I was inspired by the street fighter 4 hype thats seems to be going on here in sweden.
So I made up my own character...
used copic/letracet markers,white posca(for highlights)
and colored ballpoints for outlines and such..

Her skin is shiny....
But, I do love the one color-themed look you put out here. It fits her pretty well.

I LOVE THE WHITE, it brings me back to my
figure sketching days, where we used brown paper and white charcoal. The hands really stand out to me.

I like brown paper a lot better then white,
it gives it a tone out of default, and makes
negative space seem more spread out.
Gush gush.

I really like the overall feel of this picture. The inking job is excellent. The lines do a great job in capturing the form of the character's body with great anatomical accuracy. The highlights are a great, much needed touch to capture the 3Dness of the body's form.

This piece on the other hand Im proud of more than the steampunk one... This one I finished in one sitting at mcdonalds hehe...
I wanted to draw a Fighter girl and thats what I did...
and it really turned out the way I wanted.

I'm not usually a fan of the cartoon-art style, but this piece really caught my eye. I love the tough girl vibe that comes off it, a sexy-yet-not slutty fight me type. As a female wrestler, I quite enjoy pieces that feature women's strength.
My only critique would be maybe to draw this character again in a more colourful manner.
Other than that, faved

Im glad you liked that piece...
cause its one of few that I like myself...
The original piece in my sketchbook looks a little more vibrant than
the scanned version does, and I didnΒ΄t want to much color on it
to keep the fighting feel, dirty and dissaturated...
thanks for the fav and comment its greatly appreciated!

and I first though you were drawing her

I was like Female terry from king of fighter?! WTF
But it turned out better than I had hoped so Im happy either way
