Neat attack. I love spread damage and healing.
Now I know you have your own types and in your set, rules about what's effective. So this point is kind of moot. But, back in the day, Dead Aim might've been more of liability, since nothing resisted water, and ton of cards (all fire, but still a ton) were weak to it.
Still fun card though. I'd play it, with Goop Gas.
