Unless the wording was different in neo (I never got the luxury of seeing a large amount of them) shouldn't the second attack be:
"Flip a coin. If heads, you may choose between Asleep, Confused, Paralyzed, or Poisoned. The Defending Pokémon is now affected by that Special Condition"

I love the cards that allow you to choose a special condition to apply for the defending Pokemon. Like anyone is ever going to choose anything but paralyze xD
