CHROME USERS (and possibly other internet users), it may take a few times of refreshing for this to loop or play.I initially wasn't going to upload this to my DA because I didn't really think it was worth it. But then it grew on me while I was making it, and eventually, I fell in love with it. Got to do a bit of trial and error in this.
A really short MAP part to get back into the groove of animating and raising morale (on my end). Lots of pain went into how to make an explosion look like an explosion.... And I think I made it 'work'... it isn't that great, but it does its job.

I really like the explosion it looks realistic but has style too. I think it would make it more interesting and improve the impact of the explosion if the ball of energy were more detailed and a little farther away from the camera. I really like it though and am curious how many frames this took.

I don't normally make comments... But I just wanted to say, every time I see one of your new animations, I really just feel in awe. And so inspired to practice my own animating skills in hopes of one day making a small animated series of my own. (I say "hope" when it really should be "futilely dreaming".
