I must say this is quite the background and is definitely my favorite part of this piece. I wish I could see the full size of this so I can scrutinize the details more carefully... but I'll do what I can with the default resolution DA allows...

The mountains are really nice and keeps the light direction consistent without them being just a black blur on the right range. However because the sun is setting behind said mountains it would stand to reason that they would would be darker along the very lowest part of the main peak's left face as a result.

The star field is just awesome, really giving that nice transition into night. The light cloud cover really makes one feel like this was a painting of the night sky and I like it a lot.

Now Cynder seems much too serpentine to me; while she does have a longer, leaner body than Spyro I feel you went a bit too far in this. In particular her tail which looks much longer then the rest of her body which gives that aforementioned serpentine look.

It took me a bit to realize Spyro was actually on the ground, it's hard to make out the grass he is standing on but I chalk that up to the inferior viewing resolution. Based on how the camera is positioned I question if we should see the end of Spyro's tail on the right side, it makes me think it's really long like Cynder's. Additionally the horn on the left bothers me, it's as if it's turned at a different angle compared to the one on the right.

Overall, a very nice piece that I think is let down by being unable to view it at full resolution. Well done.

First off, the background is absolutely stunning! You have a nice way of mixing in realism while still keeping it 'sketchy' enough to fit more cartoony/semi-realistic drawing style for the characters.
The picture also give a great feeling of "quietness", if that makes any sense. You easily get a vision of exactly how the environment would sound like if you were in the picture - It's very peaceful, which works amazing for the theme.
The composition is also really great, both with placement of the characters and the background's focus-points. There isn't really any part out of place that's distracting.

β˜… The Negatives β˜…
There's a few issues with the anatomy from what I can see. I can see what you were going for with his tail, especially based off the perspective you have on the wing, but it still feels like it's a bit too far away. Unless he has an unrealistically long tail, the tail-tip should have been closer to the camera.
There's also a small issue with his left horn, from what I can see. "The camera" is placed at an angel where his face is slightly tilted toward us, yet his left horn is places 'further backwards' than the other. This would have worked fine if he was looking a bit to the left, but from this angle it feels slightly off.
The lasty thing I'd like to point out is, that I believe there's a bit too much lighting at the bottom of the mountain.
- Too much lighting on the bottom of the mountain. It would have worked better if the bottom part had a slight shading like the part all the way to the right has.

It's a really need piece that I know you've worked really hard on, and it certainly shows! It also stands in great constrat to this piece ( illegal-spyro-fan.deviantart.c… ) you've done in the past.

Thank you so much !
I can see what you mean with the negatives and I'll be sure to work on that for future images, but thank you a lot for the feedback ;o;

This piece looks very artistic with the techniques that you used to draw it, and overall it's a gorgeous and epic looking piece of art. Awesome perspectice and poses, and I like a lot how you did the mountain and the incredible sky.
