I've played Fallout since the first one. I'm a huge fan of the series

I've played a runthrough of New Vegas, exploring the House and Yes Man endings. The game was gifted to me by a close friend I haven't seen since he went to college, but I think I've lost it, it's trekking around my bedroom somewhere and hopefully safe.
Can't wait for Fallout 4 which I believe is in production.

Give the NCR ending a shot. It's a little harder, but you get a chance of recruiting over factions to help you and the finale will be huge with them around

Rereading this made me think of the tagline of Fallout, War, War never changes. Its cynical I guess under the rather hopeful tone. I need more hugs I think. Oh well. *Shrugs* Good eulogy.

Hehe War never changes, but people can change. And people can stop war from happening

Against human nature to stop war from happening? It's a primal part of our being. Like putting two ants of different species together and not expecting them to go to war.

Aaah dude! When I read the last panels I almost cried! Carl Sagan is one of my greatest heroes. Then the melodysheep song from the symphony of science came to mind too and I had to hold myself not to cry. I love your art man! Thanks for making these comics they're awe-inspiring.

You're welcome dude. I appreciate hearing from people who have been moved by my comics. I'm a storyteller primarily, so at least I know I'm doing something right
I discovered a pattern that the people I've met whose heroes include Carl Sagan have got to be pretty cool themselves. Like ~seangordonmurphy for example

Hahah you're the cool one dude! You're an amazing storyteller! I'm sure you'll go pretty far pretty soon! I'm struggling hard to learn how to be a good storyteller, so I really appreciate it when I see awesome people(you) who do it so easily!
Any tips or good books you recommend to improve the skill to be a good storyteller?

illeity In reply to Ellygeh [2012-12-28 18:20:53 +0000 UTC]
No, it's not that easy dude. It takes me quite a while to get the story just right. The end result only makes it look easy
There's this really nice book I loved reading in the library entitled "Art of Fiction" by David Lodge. [link]
Each chapter has bite- size articles of various forms of literary devices and narrative forms worth exploring. It's helped me a lot in terms of story telling.
But of course, it's no replacement to reading and watching stories

In some cultures you pour a drink usually wine or favorite drink on a friend's grave, belongings, or a place of significance to them so they can share a toast with you in the afterlife.

Given the way they promptly just bypassed Billy's death, I'm not so sure. However, it could crop up again when the Lich returns.

if the lich returns that is because how is he meant to get out of the wish area because the portal he took there is gone and he used his wish so hes trapped
