All except for Deluxe, Ironhide has had VERY easy toys to transform, even his damn leader class which is a shame because Optimus is the exact opposite. his biggest figure is the hardest to transform and his smallest deluxe figure is easiest.

It looks like an operation, really. And the lil' red dots (emphasized parts on the sheet) looks very much like blood- ehm, energon stains coming from the victim...

Ironhide is a pain. Ultimate Bumblebee is worse...

Here's how you solve the problem - give him to a 6 year-old and watch what they do very carefully. Videotape it if you have to... I have yet to give my son a Transformer he can't transformer. Shoelaces and zippers are another matter....

Nope, no Ironhides for me, but I have had the pleasure of expleting copiously at 's Bonecrusher! The little ing thing was INSLAGGINPOSSIBLE.

Hardest toy I ever transformed was Leader Prime, but now I can do it one handed Here's proof of how hard he is to do... [link]

thats why i have all decepticons.......and you know what amazes me...i wasnt even looking at the instructions for Starscream...but i transformed him (badly) lol...gawd its so hard to transform some of them >.< took me forever to transform Blackout >..< BUT EVENTUALLY i got it lol
