I like transparent backgrounds quite a bit :3

Entry for and 's contest to design a pup or their characters Jade and Kit. Basically took his bio from when I tried to adopt one from their first litter because I think the idea is pretty original, but some of it was tweaked a bit Anyway, here we go:

Name: Rhodonite (Rhodie for short)
Gender: Male
Parents: Kit and Jade
Siblings: Clover, Malachite, Saphrina, Opal, Pearl, Jet and Garnet
Personality: Very patient and respectful. He's not much of a talker, but he enjoys listening to conversations.
Likes: Listening to people, helping others, his family, his job, being praised or pet
Dislikes: Seeing his siblings sad or being bullied
History: As a pup, he loved his siblings tremendously and loved playing with them. However, because of his outgoing nature and intelligence, he was also one of the first pups to be sold. The man who bought him was a therapist and believed that Rhodie could be a good therapy dog, and so he began his training. He was very proud of his job and was secretly relieved that he wasn't a sled dog like the rest of his family. He loves his job, especially since he just has to lay down and alow patients to pet him, which he enjoys quite a bit. But he does feel a little hepless because of it. He wants to help these people with their problems and often finds answers to them, but since he's a dog, they can't understand him. When he's not pondering over a human's problems or doing his job, he's usually playing with his siblings. Because although he was one of the maturist pups of the litter, he still knows how to have fun. "It's mandatory to grow old, optional to grow up," is his motto.
How he/she feels about their parents: He absolutely adores them. He visits them whenever he can, and often thinks about them while he works.
How he/she feels about Clover: He doesn't know much about her, but is always willing to help her out whenever she gets into a tight spot. When he found out about what happened between her and Jason, he was filled with anger for the first time in his life and upset he couldn't help his big sister out.
Other: When he was younger, he was often made fun of because of his weight, but as he grew up, he lost his puppy fat and became quite the heart throb to the young ladies in Nome.
