I love the vibrance of the colours in this shot. The reads and syrup browns really compliment each other while the white of the icing sugar is a good contrast. The gloss on the top strawberries and in the syrup on the edges of the pancakes give a nice lively shine to the entire photo.
Not to mention it looks delicious.
