I avoid the red glow cause it tries to choke me. My throat is little so I have to protect it from such evils.

Agreed. It's the one thing I can say I never did. Couldn't get close to cigarettes/cigars because they really made my throat close-up from just second hand.

So in *that* department, I'm a very good girl.
