Ok, so this is a picture of Aerith tied up in ribbon and a little slip of paper in her mouth that says: To Cloud.
I'll let you use your imagination on why she's presenting herself as a gift. I'm fond of this picture and am glad I did it. I may even do a little fanfic for Cloud's Birthday, or something.

Sadly, there are old pencil and erase markings, but I'm too lazy to fix that up.
