Foxy really looks like a person who could drink scotch from time to time, I think, but not sure if his teammates will allow him to drink it, they consider him "little"

Pretty funny, the scene and background look fantastic, as does the character detail and the uniform.
I've always thought that Foxy is one of those types that has kinda an odd ball personality and a few quirks that probably wouldn't do very well in peace time but because of the urgent need of good pilots they're willing to overlook certain things, even from people who might appear to be a bit odd at first glance. (I think in times of crisis organizations are more likely to revert to their meritocratic roots, whereas in times of peace and plenty they'll indulge things they probably shouldn't like focusing on prestige and appearances, rather than results.).
Anyway, love the colors on this piece, definitely nice seeing something a bit brighter in tone and mood from you.

Despite being a weirdo, Foxy is a good pilot, that's why they keep him around. And yes, times require them look at a person's skills not their personal attitude. However, Foxy's boss repeatedly questions the need of "this weird fur-ball"'s service

Of course no problem.
Indeed, I think that makes him a more interesting character than the others; just because his quirks are definitely a bit unusual and help us to identify and remember this character more easily. Though I'm certain that the boss's questioning the need of the "wierdo" would probably gain traction if they didn't need good pilots as badly.
It is definitely very bright and cheery looking, I kinda like it for that, the background was also really good on this one as well.
