Interesting looking character, definitely very well detailed and the outfit looks good as well; the foggy background kinda gives this a 'Silent Hill' or 'Alan Wake' kinda look to it.
I think the snout/nose is a bit long for a raccoon which kinda makes this guy look a bit more canine to me.
Great job drawing all the little hairs though, and the eyes look great in particular.

I really liked how in Alan Wake there was a good variety of practical weapons and you kinda had to be careful when you used your good supplies and when you used more mundane equipment. Also I really liked how in Alan Wake the bad guys would get stuck repeating what they usually said in real life, just in an evil corrupted way.
Well its experimentation and progress at least, just keep making stuff and you'll get better if you keep attempting it.
