This is the nymph from the Samurai Jack episode, 'Four Seasons of Death'. I loved how she was all glowy and delicate-looking
Please excuse the sloppiness, I'm still new with my tablet so some of the lines are a bit wobbly here and there, but I'm practicing! Enjoy
