Looks good, but something about it throws me off... I think its the way the light seems to come from the front too much. Try to impart a light rendering so that it looks like the sun is hitting it from above a persons shoulder looking at it not as if I am the light hitting it. (I hope you understood that.)
Other than that, the piece looks good.
