Character: RikkuFFX-2 Squaresoft
I've always wanted to do a Rikku fanart. With lots of work around the corner, if I'm unable to come up with an artpiece for the ffx-2 competition for this new magazine, I might submit this as a last resort. But it's not exactly very creative of me.
Drawing time: Approx 4 hours? The other one hour was spent on buying food, eating and chatting on messenger.

Not that I'm complaining or anything, but isn't that clothing style illogical. It leaves a lot of skin open to blade, claws, teeth, etc... That seems to be the trend in FF thoug. Every game, the girls wear less, and the guys look more like girls.

FFX-2 is quite the fanservice for the guys actually. And the popular style of portraying guys in Japan is by making them look "pretty" - basically to nab the fangirls.

Yeah, I now all that, I'm just saying, I looked at the guy for FFXII and when I first saw him, I thougt, "The next game is starring two girls? Oh wait, that's a dude." It just gets kinda creepy... I hope they return to a more realistic view soon. You shouldn't be able to fight demons inhot pants and a bikini. Not that I'm complaining about seeing her in those...Huh...wha? Sorry, drifted off there. Still, good job.
