They originally made this costume for Rinoa, and I simply fell in love with it. I have been trying to contact the creator of the wardrobe, but alas, I can not locate them (anyone with any information pertaining to Munch and their whereabouts in cyberspace, please leave a comment, for I would love to get in touch with them I just don't know how.)
So, yes, I just had to see if I could photomanipulate this to fit Penelo, for I truely and utterly despire her costume from FFXII and wanted to see if she looked better in a different garb. Well, she does. Ha.
I took Penelo's head from a screen shot and adjusted the angle and the lighting so it was in sync with Munch's Rinoa model. Then I airbrushed the edges to make the face blend in best I could after deleting all corresponding backgrounds.
I just did this for fun. (And to prove it is possible to change Final Fantasy wardrobes in Photoshop!)
Thank God it is, right?

Yeah - I was never a fan of Penelo's costume design - but I seem to have fallen in love with Rinoa's. (Altered or not; lol.)
